Ordering Information
Ordering is simple... You can order right
online! Or you can call 214-315-4331 or
email Suzanne@heartfeltexpressions.org
to place an order.
We also accept personal checks. If you don't want to
use the e-check online. If you are out of state, your
order will not be shipped until your personal check, or
money order has been received and cleared. A fee of
$25 on all returned checks.
All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with
delivery confirmation. Please give 2-4 days for delivery.
There are no handling fees added! Best for local
customers you can pick up your order to eliminate
shipping charges completely! Please call to arrange a
pick up time.
Sales Tax
Only Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax on
merchandise.
Coupons
If you have a coupon and placing an order online, you'll
need to put the amount of the coupon and the coupon
code in the special instructions. Then we'll refund the
amount in the manner that you paid online. Our ordering
system at this point is not set up to take coupons. Sorry
for any inconvenience, and thank you for understanding!
Gift Certificates
To redeem your gift certificate you'll need to email your
order to suzanne@heartfeltexpressions.org or call
214-315-4331. If your amount is over the amount of
your gift certificate, you'll receive an emailed invoice for
the remainder balance. Our system at this time is not
set up to redeem them online. Thank you for
understanding!
Shipping Charges
All items will be shipped USPS based on the shipping
chart below:
$1.00-19.99 = $4.99
$20.00-49.99=$5.99
$50.00-99.99=$6.99
$100.00-199.99=$8.99
$200.00And over=FREE
Please note that the Framed Baby Announcement will
have an added fee due to it being fragile. All orders will
be shipped in this manner. You will receive a separate
invoice that you can pay online.
Rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas will vary
depending on the location to be shipped and items
ordered. Please contact
suzanne@heartfeltexpressions.org.
Receiving Orders
Typically, we will ship your order within 5-7 Business
days. Depending if the items are in stock. Which we'll
notify you by email to let you know how long. In
non-holiday seasons the time of shipments is much
faster. In holiday times, the time may be longer, please
give 2-3 weeks. If it will be, you will be notified by
email.
Your order may be Rushed for a small fee of $5.00.
For rush orders, you order will be processed in
two-three days.
Returns
Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be
returned, however an exchange will be made should and
item contain an error on Heartfelt Expressions. Any
request must be made within 14 days from purchase.
Please review your order carefully before placing it, as it
will be sewn how you give it to us. Please contact us if
you need to return an item to receive an authorization. If
for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of our
products please contact us @ 214-315-4331 and we will
correct the problem.
